What We Cover

Domestic Customers (where we ship locally): A fresh pair, on us
International Customers: A full refund of your purchase price

Think seam splits or fabric fails — stuff that’s on us, decided at our discretion.

What We Don’t Cover

Feet are wild. Poor shoe fit (like rubbing in loose kicks), wrong sock size, or rough care (hot washes, anyone?) can wear them down fast. That’s not our fault.
Damage from accidents, alterations, or expected everyday wear isn’t covered either.

Making a Claim

Contact us by emailing us within 6 months. Send your order number or proof of purchase, some details, and a pic of the issue.

Only applies to socks bought from Creepers Socks or authorized retailers. Our call’s final.

Expected Mileage

Our socks typically match the lifespan of a lightweight running shoe: 300 to 500 miles or 4 to 6 months, whichever comes first. Some last longer, some less, depending on use.
